Some dates for your diary!

Next week we will be holding an online auction on our facebook page from Wednesday 18th May to Sunday 29th! A further email with a link to the auction page will be sent this weekend when it has been cleared of the auction lots of from last time. Please, please do though have a rummage into your drawers to see if you have anything to donate this is a fabulous way for those further afield to support us from afar!

Next weekend 21st/22nd May we are welcoming back Jim Greenwood who is a much sought after behaviourist in the sighthound world and often difficult to get appointments with at short notice! We will be holding 2 workshops both days morning recall and reactivity and afternoons training/interaction and stimulus! Recall and reactivity is a common problem seen amongst our breed and likewise learning how to engage your sighthound into playing with you and being more interested in you and what you have to offer as opposed to chasing and exerting their prey drive. These classes are also suitable for other breeds and help owners better understand their dog and how to train not only them but yourselves! The address for this evening is Grindlestone Kennels, Cobmoor Road, Kidsgrove, ST7 3PZ. The class is 30 pound per person and dog

The workshop has limited places so if you are interested in booking recall and reactivity in the morning or the socialisation, training and engagement workshop in the afternoon on either day please text 07917422489 to make your booking

The Bank Holiday Monday will see another open day and BBQ. The daytime events will run from 12 noon till 4pm! Why not come and join us see the kennels dogs and see our newly floored kennel blocks? A great day out for all and you can walk some of the rescue dogs whilst here so win win! The address for this evening is Grindlestone Kennels, Cobmoor Road, Kidsgrove, ST7 3PZ.
